Pastimes for a nolifer

After more than a year of searching and preparing I finally found a good seller and the right car. Its now on its way from Sacramento to Copenhagen.
Its an original Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 Limited from 1991, number 1302/2000
Thanks a lot Josh for having the patience to sell this to someone overseas. :)

It had to go

Ok, I got rid of the Porsche, Danish tax laws are just too insane for me.
Getting ready to get some new Mitsus though.

Next will be a GTI Dynamic 4 AWD and hoipefully the VR-4 will be on the way soon from the US.

Weeeeee

Ok false alarm on the Porsche, actually it was the cabinheater valve that was busted, 30$ instead, man was I happy? :P

Almost time to get some plates on her, brrrrrr 7 grand. :(

Porsche poof

So I managed to blow the water pump in the Porsche :( Atm. its not running obviously.
Still considering if its worth it, I have to change all the belts too just to get to the pump.

Around 8-900$ in spare parts and then I need someone to install the new belts, tricky business that is. :(

Im loving this event.
3 games every day, if you get top 5 you gather chips for the end final. So the more top 5 you get the more chips. :)

So far ive managed:

1. place in the Razz event
2. place in the Holdem event
2. place in the Badugi event
2. place in the 7 card Stud event

All together gathered 9250 chips for final event and still ½ a month to go :)

Never knew I could play all those different variations lol

as for the standard 20$+ games I havent cashed in like forever. :(

Merge gets bigger

Seems merge will soon get a lot of new players.
Im a bit conflicted on it, I like big tours but I also like tours where there is not 2k poeple in them every time. :)
Here is the press release they just posted. :)

Win a Porsche. :P

Well, since I had a fairly good run in Jan, I decided to get something I always wanted.
But since I dont run that good I decided to get one that needed some work. :)

So I bought a Porsche 924S from 1986. :) Woohoo. Had to go to Malmø to get it though, not that many S models with the 944 engine around.

Here is a pic where it stand at the dealer.

Is it over?

Ok, so I got bored writing all the bad shit that have happened, but it now seems like its over for now.

Starting friday I managed to get 2nd in the late deepstack, which was in last minute being already 100$ into my reserve funds after 4 weeks of bad runs.
This was no lonely swallow though, Regging for the Saturday 5k nettet me another cash spot making 8th.

But Sunday, Bloody Sunday. I always liked the sunday tours, I started small in the new 500GTD Freezeout 60$ buy in, a testtour PDC put in so see if there is any interest. It was a good warmup since I ended winning it.
The the main event of sundays ofc. the 50k GTD.
I held on fairly well, had a good stack, then SB went all in on me. Feeling it was a steal I called it with A10 and right enough, Q2 offsuit. Flopped 10 high, but sadly a Q on the turn, he doubled and I was suddenly halved.(Do I have to mention he actually made 5th. :( )
Being only 9BBs big the options is limited. sitting on the button I get A10 again. Everyone folds so I push but the monster stack on BB calls and turns AK, no help to me and I go out 13th netting 625$ but happy I was NOT. ;)

While I was playing the 50k I also regged for the late Deepstack, the one I got 2nd in friday and what do you know. Made 2nd in it once again.

So all in all it seems the bad streak is over at the last minute. this weekend getting me around 3k winnings, the 4 weeks of crap loosing me 2k. So all is good that ends well.
